I am a licensed counselor with over 20 years of experience providing mental health services to youth, adults, and families across home-, school-, and office-based settings in Crawford County.

I earned my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Allegheny College and my Master of Science in Mental Health Counseling from Walden University. Throughout my career, I have worked with diverse populations in a wide range of clinical roles within the mental health field.

Before joining Parkside, I provided eco-systemic structural family therapy, case management, and crisis intervention services to children and their families. I also supported students through individual and group interventions as part of a school-based behavioral health program. Early in my career, I discovered that my passion lies in working with the systems surrounding youth—an approach that continues to guide both my clinical work and my leadership.

I joined Parkside in 2016 as an outpatient therapist specializing in traumafocused treatment for children, adolescents, and adults in both office and school settings. In 2021, I stepped into clinical leadership, first serving as Director of School Programs and later as Assistant Director, where I provided clinical oversight and supervision to clinicians and school based interventionists while continuing my specialized trauma therapy work. In 2025, I became CEO/Director of Parkside Psychological Associates, where I now blend my dedication to trauma informed care with strategic, compassionate organizational leadership to support our practice’s mission and growth.

I am a certified Trauma-Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TFCBT) therapist with advanced training in TFCBT for complex trauma, Seeking Safety, Real Life Heroes, Sensory Motor Arousal Regulation Treatment (SMART), and EMDR, for which I completed EMDR Basic Training through an EMDRIA approved trainer. I have also completed specialized training in clinical supervision and trauma informed supervision.
