As a mental health counselor with a trauma lens, I focus on attachment theory, emotional regulation skills, and improving executive functioning skills. 

I believe when clients are given the chance to be truly heard and validated, they can begin to repair the relationship with themselves and others. Each client’s story is unique and deserves the space and exploration to process, heal, and transform to their highest potential. 

As an Edinboro University Alumni, I received my bachelor’s degree in psychology and my master’s degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling. I am currently on track to become a licensed therapist and have received training and certification in trauma-informed cognitive behavioral therapy.

I am in my first year at Parkside and am currently working in Cambridge Springs High School as a full-time Interventionist/ Trauma specialist.

Before Parkside, I worked at a trauma informed residential facility for children and teens facilitating social skills and psychoeducation groups.
