I am a licensed trauma therapist dedicated to helping individuals heal from overwhelming life experiences and reconnect with a sense of safety, meaning, and self-trust. Trauma can show up in many ways-anxiety, depression, emotional numbness, relationship struggles, or a persistent
feeling of being “stuck.” My role is to help you understand these responses not as flaws, but as adaptations that once helped you survive.

I hold a bachelor’s degree in psychology and a dual master’s degree in clinical mental health counseling and rehabilitation. My clinical experience has primarily involved working with adolescents and their families, addressing emotional, behavioral, and psychological concerns.

My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in evidence-based trauma treatment. I draw from modalities such as CBT, CPT, TF-CBT, ARC, and poly vagal components to support healing at both the nervous system and emotional levels. Therapy with me is not about
reliving the past but gently processing it at a pace that feels safe and empowering to create greater space for joy in your life.

I believe healing happens in relationship. I strive to create a calm and peaceful space where all parts of you are welcome including the ones that feel scared, angry, shut down, or unsure about therapy itself. Together, we work toward increased emotional regulation, stronger boundaries, deeper self-compassion, and a renewed sense of agency in your life.
