Jim Noland is an experienced entrepreneur and leader with executive experience in software, medical devices, and mental health.  He currently is proud to serve as Chief Operating Officer for a mental health organization.

Jim founded Conduit Technology and patented the technology found in his successful software offerings: “LMN Builder” and Conduit Office, later named “My Forms” which was sold nationally as a business productivity software in the medical devices industry.  That technology was sold, and Jim exited successfully in 2017.

Before that, Jim founded Presque Isle Medical Technologies. He became one of the first 10 professionals to achieve the advanced SMS as the owner/operator of a Presque Isle a HME, CRT and O&P practice in Erie, PA. 

Jim has served as an executive board member for the National Registry of Rehab Technology Suppliers (NRRTS) as well as an accreditation surveyor for the Accreditation Commission for Heath Care (ACHC) in the medical devices’ specialty. Jim had a successful early career as a Physical Therapy professional specializing in orthopedics, Brain injury, SCI, and wound care.  

Jim lives in Girard, PA with his wife Janet, MPT. Jim mentors and works in the community serving on boards and supporting different non-profit entities.  Jim and Janet travel on missionary and private trips to help disabled and disadvantaged people living in and around Santa Barbara, Honduras, and the Dominican Republic.
