 I am a licensed, nationally certified counselor with 18 years of professional experience working with youth, adults, and families in office based, community, residential, and home settings in the Erie area. 

I began my education as an art therapy graduate of Mercyhurst University, and I continued my training at Edinboro University where I focused on family therapy and attachment in their community counseling master’s degree program. 

I am a lifetime learner for healing centered therapies, and I have used art, play, and physical movement techniques throughout my career.  I also have my certification in Trauma Focused Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT).

In my work, I focus on how an individual’s ability to manage the stress of everyday life has been affected by trauma. Should addressing past trauma be part of your gender identity journey, I welcome you into my space. 

While different experiences of trauma bring people to Parkside, each person I see comes to my space through great resilience. As we sort through your healing process together, I am not listening to stories of trauma or grief; I am listening for solutions.
